Hi Folks~!
It sure feels like summer in NC today. We're supposed to hit 90 degrees this afternoon and a cookout with neighbors is planned for this evening.. So of course I needed to look for some cool summery tasting dessert.
I found this recipe and could almost taste the tangy sweetness while I was reading the recipe. What could be better on a hot night than coolicious cookies that melt tangy goodness on your tongue.

Some sweet tea to sip along with them and you have Southern Sweetness to Smile about.. Add friendly folks who are willing to grill some burgers and dogs for ya and another neighbor who offered to bring all the condments and buns.. Wow I sure am grateful to live in such a great place.
Wish ya'll were here to join us..
enjoy and thanks for stopping in to visit me..I wish you a wonderful weekend filled with Joy and Happiness.
hugs to ALL..
