Poms get a LIONS Cut?

Two of my Pom girls go in the morning and I'm going to let my groomer do them in the latest cut, a Lions Cut.
I havent told them this is going to happen, so shhhhhhhhhhhhh..... dont say nuffin lol

They actually are quite paticular about how they look. I have a mirror in the floor of the bathroom and they always look at themselves in it.  Yes, 4 ego girlies I have, each primping and quite sure Thier tail swiches sways and swaggers better than the other 3.. They dont actually speak but I can hear them anyway , arguing about who's the blondest...

They are also getting their nails painted in different colors.. Purple for Buffy Marie-- Kelly Green for Sassy Bella--  Maroon for Greta Gizelle -- and Tangerine for Nadia Rochelle.   I mean didnt you know Nadia would have to have this years color..

I'll do my best to get each ones photo seperately and together  to show off their new look for 2012..

In the meantime here's a sample photo the groomer will be going by..  The only question left to answer is Bows or No Bows in the ears..  what do ya'll think it should be?
Thanks for visiting me.  Thank you to my newest followers and all my followers.  You are appreciated and I am honored you'd wanna come here..

xoxo
Sonny

  6. How cute are they, Sonny! When I was a teenager I had a pocket poodle and when she would get groomed, I'd go for the bow. It didn't stay in long, so I figured why not.

  11. Oh sorry but I don't like it at all. I think they are such a darling little dog that they should remain in all their glory with their long hair.

  13. It is amazing to watch freshly groomed doggies. They know they are pretty and will really strut their stuff. Our dog Slim doesn't go to a groomer but every time she gets a new red collar, she shows off to all the neighbors and critters that come on our property. I vote for bows by the way.

It is time for you to work your magic on a few other bloggers. You convinced me to get rid of word verification a long time ago and now it is worse, having to type in two impossible words. I'm doing my best to convince others to change but you do it better. I haven't regretted getting rid of it for a minute and know others won't either if they will give it a try.

  16. Hi! I found your comment at Brenda's Cozy Blue House and found it interesting so.....I clicked and here I am! I'm at work now so I'll have to come back later to visit. Your opening quote got my attention! Positive thoughts manifest positive results. Yes, life has it's challenges but challenges are opportunities for growth. Now when I look at it this way....it is positive right? The photos of your home look stunning. I've got you bookmarked so I will be back.

  18. Hi Sonny,
    What a cute lil doggie..........
and I think you should get the bows after all, these are girly girl dogs we are talking about, and they are primpers. Can't wait to see their new look and their painted nails.
    How cute!

Thanks for coming by, it was great to hear from you. Yea, I am getting an early jump on spring but mainly just for the porch as we have houseguests coming on Mar. 8th and they are from Ohio and here to get away from the cold, so wanted them to at least be able to enjoy the porch. Finished my other floral today, and was happy with how it came out, so soon I will be putting the porch back together.

    Have missed you lately...........
    Take care hon,
    Blessings, Nellie

  22. Such an adoreable breed. I cannot wait to see their new do's. I like bows for girls, but only for a few days because they get so tangled. Good luck, Keep us posted.

  23. Go for the bows. They may need a little extra something after their lion cuts. I have a little black pom and he always has to check in the floor length mirror to see if that cute little black dog is still in there. Your little girls might start to expect to wear bows all of the time. If I take Fuzzy's collar off to wash it, he pesters and repeatedly shows me where it is (not on him) until I put it back on him. I think that pomeranians like to make fashion statements.

  26. Hi Sonny!

I think your little poms are so sweet. I hope they all like their new haircuts.

My little Louise used to get that cut for summer. But the last time it just didn't grow back in again. I was very thin. I think it was because she was getting old. You can click on her picture in the sidebar or on "Fur Babies" in the topics list if you want to see her.
