Do ya'll ever get to the point that you quit caring what it costs, you just wanted it over with? Well, I finally did.
This picture looks sorta plain but of course it can be dressed UP or Down with different bedding and thats exactly what I needed..
so now I can get all my other pieces painted and in place and be ready when the bed arrives...
As many have said- the Indecision was the most exhausting part and I am so glad thats over.
2 weeks they said and it will be here.. Thank the Heavens and JCP :)
Now- who am I gonna give these 2 headboards I bought to? giggle..
Maybe I better keep one for the guest room, just in case.

ReplyDeleteI've almost ordered this best so many times!! It's sitting in my cart on JCP's website... My bed is the last piece of furniture that I need to buy for my house and I want one so bad. Maybe I'll take the plunge too!

ReplyDeleteYea, you finally made up your mind isn't that just the greatest feeling in the whole world. We just have too many choices sometimes!! Interesting that your bed looks very similiar to mine accept it is oak and the top edges are rounded a bit, but everything else looks the same and I would love love love to have it white,as it makes my heart sing.... so I will be showing your pic to hubby to be sure............
They say with that chalk paint you don't have to sand it or anything,
but since mine has a factory sealant on it I wonder about that.
I would really just love to take it to a Auto paint place and have them spray it for me. I have heard you can do that. There are nightstands and a dresser and armoire to deal with as well.......probably not...lol
I have thought of just painting the drawers of the nightstands and dresser white, to lighten it up a bit, cause I do like the look of the white and oak together as well.
Oh and that lemon cake picture, took my breathe away it looks so delish...........I want lemon cake now..........can you just email me a few pcs??? lol Love pistachios too, would love to know how that tastes together.
Anywho, I am so happy for you that you finally decided on which bed to go for and that it will be arriving soon, now get to work!! lol

ReplyDeleteWe are so in search of a comfortable bed. We just bought a new mattress and box springs and we hate them. Now we are going to be out the cost because we absolutely MUST replace them before they kill us. They don't need to be beautiful, just comfortable for our old bones. Yours look fantastic, by the way,
